Refund Policy for Cancelled Bookings

  • 90% Refund: Customers are eligible for a 90% refund if they cancel their booking beyond 72 hours of the scheduled date of the travel package/activity. The 10% fee is mandatory for the administration fee of the purchased package/activity.
  • 75% Refund: Customers are eligible for a 75% refund if they cancel their booking within 72 hours of the scheduled date of the travel package/activity.
  • 50% Refund: Customers are eligible for a 50% refund if they cancel their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled date of the travel package/activity.
  • No Refund: There will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled date of the travel package/activity. There will be no refund for gifts or souvenirs purchased.

Force Majeure Policy

In cases where the travel package/activity cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as storms, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, the date of the travel package/activity will be rescheduled to a different date.

In the case of Waterfall and Rafting activities, rescheduling due to rain of various intensities will likely to happen due to the nature of the activity and the risk associated with the rain. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase for Waterfall and Rafting activities. Canceling for this reason will be granted a 50% refund.

Refund Method

The method of refund will be discussed and finalized by our customer service team. Please contact our customer service representatives for further assistance and to discuss your refund options.

A refund to your bank account that is not in Indonesia can not be granted.

Refund will be completed within 24 hours after the refund amount and method has been discussed.
